dont take this the wrong way, this is just my opinion and there quite possibly could be no truth in anything im saying. i am seventeen years old and i dont have kids, but i do have an eight year old brother.

to everyone saying "its only a small jump how would he crash?" judging from the picture, it looks like hes just about to case anyways, showing he could not be the most skilled rider. even if he is, which he could definately be, sometimes things go wrong even on small jumps and bad stuff happens. some of my worst crashes happened when i was least expecting it.

also, the kid looks pretty young, in which case this can be quite harmful to his tiny, undeveloped body. especially since it seems youre about to case thats gonna be quite the jolt to the baby. that said, it is not a good idea to ride with a baby strapped to your back, especially when youre catching air.

no im not trying to be nosy, i dont wanna act like your mom, im just saying this is definately not a good idea. especially since he doesnt have a helmet.

i am all for starting kids early, but come on make a wise decision. assess all the risks involved, and think about this: would you want your child to die or be seriously injured just because you wanted to take him biking? start him when his body is more developed and when he can actually decide whether he likes it or not. my brother rode a bike without training wheels by himself a bit before he turned five. wait till then!

i also totally agree with tc bmx, that dude will be a good father someday.
